Refund & Warranty Policy
1) All products are digital products and absolutely no refunds are provided. Only exchanges can be made.
2) Products are delivered to you valid and without issues. If there is an error/problem with the product you received, you must report this issue to us within 24 hours. If possible, send a video recording or photo of the issue to us (via our Telegram customer representative).
3) Products consist of accounts from various countries worldwide. The legal responsibilities of the products belong entirely to the user. After purchasing the products, you are responsible for every action you take.
4) Digital products may be banned, suspended, or subject to sanctions by the platform. This is not a situation within the seller's control. Under these conditions, there is no exchange or refund.
